You are an Everyday Cook if:
- You have to put a meal on the table most nights
- You want to make healthy meals but you're happy to take the odd shortcut
- Cooking is not your hobby. It might have been once, but now you have other priorities
- You like the idea of Investment Cooking - occasionally spending extra time which will save lots of time at other meals
- You don't want to buy exotic ingredients that you use once and then they sit in the cupboard until their expiry date (or beyond!)
- You like cake but you don't want to spend all day making it
- You want reliable recipes that you can make over and over again, knowing that your family will enjoy them every time (while you know that they're getting a decent meal)
- You want balanced meals using easily available ingredients
- You're willing to invest in at least some basic equipment to do the hard work
You are NOT an Everyday Cook if:
- You like to try all the latest ingredients
- You are happy to spend all evening (or all day) cooking
- What your cakes look like is more important than how they taste
- You are cutting out food groups
- You want to prepare complicated dishes
