- 120 g fine asparagus
- ½ lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 g butter
- 2 teaspoons olive oil (10ml)
- 2 salmon fillets, 100-125g each

Preparation:
Rinse the asparagus under the cold tap and pat dry with kitchen paper. Trim the ends
Juice the lemon
Peel and crush, or very finely chop, the garlic
To cook the Lemon and Garlic Salmon:
Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan on a MEDIUM heat
When hot, add the salmon fillets and asparagus. Cook for 4-5 minutes
Turn the salmon and the asparagus. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes
Add the garlic and lemon juice. Cook for 2 minutes
Season to taste and serve immediately.
