Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 160°C fan/ gas mark 4/ 350°F
Grease the tin or pop the liner in
Beat all the ingredients together until well combined.If using a processor, blitz everything except the fruit and nuts. Stir these in afterwards
Spoon the mixture into the tin
Cook for 50-60 minutes until well risen and just firm to the touch. Test after 50 minutes and leave longer if necessary.Leave in the tin until cool - or eat warm.
