- 1 red cabbage
- 2 onions
- 1 orange, zested
- 3 tablespoons soft brown sugar (45ml)
- 175 ml vinegar
- Salt to taste

Coarsely shred the cabbage - about ½cm slices

Thickly slice and then chop the onions

Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8 hours
